You can book appointments online through our website or booking platform. When booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and service selection.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment at our discretion (for example, in the case of system errors, misuse, or overbooking).

3. Payments

Online payments are securely processed through Stripe.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe to process the transaction according to their own privacy and security practices.

  • Prices for services are displayed at the time of booking and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your appointment.

  • We do not store your full credit card details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and staff:

  • Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments canceled within 3 hours or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposits.

  • Refunds: Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable unless required by law. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

 

5. Communications

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates via email or SMS.
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to text messages or using the unsubscribe link in emails. Essential service messages (like booking confirmations) will still be sent.

 

6. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used before the stated expiration date (if applicable). We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

 

7. Salon Policies and Client Conduct

To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all clients:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Children are welcome only when receiving a service or accompanied by an adult.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Serina’s Hair and Treatment Salon and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability
