Serina was so warm and welcoming! Her salon is stunning and she took such great care of me. I only needed a trim but I walked out of her salon feeling like a million bucks. What a nice space she has in Natick; and, I love being able to drive there and have no issues parking. For me, the "right-off-of-the-highway" location was perfect. I had a wash , trim and curl at Serina's. I was able to book my appointment online easily and when I got there she was ready to get started but not without asking me about my week and how my hair had held up. I was in and out at a decent time frame and my hair looked great. I love the warm and welcoming ambiance of the salon (super clean) and modern. Serina truly cares about her customers experience and that makes all the difference, in addition she has experience with different hair textures. Give her a visit , you will not regret it.

This was my second experience in this very pleasant salon. Time is important to me. Serina was ready for me, and worked efficiently to get me out well under two hours, including dryer time. The dryers are comfortable and efficient, the hood concentrates the output on the hair-not the face. comfort at the sink and styling chair is a priority. A thoroughly modern experience!
